New Housing Consultation Office in Miyazaki

Starting from fiscal year 2026, Miyazaki Prefecture has established a 'Comprehensive Housing Consultation Office' at the Miyazaki Prefecture Building and Housing Center in Miyazaki City. This service is relevant for foreigners too, allowing inquiries about purchasing homes, earthquake resistance, and renovations. The office is open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding lunchtime from 12 PM to 1 PM. Consultations can be done in person, over the phone, by fax, or email, and all services are free. Please check for opening days and details before visiting.
