Originally set to close on August 28, the deadline is now September 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM, as the available slots have not yet been filled. These consultations are held with charging service providers and are free to attend.

The consultation day is September 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, with 30-minute time slots. Applicants must register in advance online via smartphone or computer.
