Osaka Prefecture Recruiting Trainees for Agriculture-Fukushi Technical Supporter Training
Osaka Prefecture promotes collaboration between agriculture and welfare (Farm-Welfare Linkage) and is providing training to develop specialized technical supporters. Those who complete all courses and pass the final test will be certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
This training is for people already involved or planning to be involved in Farm-Welfare Linkage, such as farmers, staff of welfare service offices for persons with disabilities, JA staff, private companies, and local government employees.
The training starts with an e-learning course from October 13 to November 4, 2026, followed by a group training session from November 17 to 20 at locations in Osaka Prefecture. The training is free, but participants must pay their own travel and accommodation costs.
Applications are accepted via an online form until 4:00 PM on September 28, 2026. If applications exceed available spots, priority is given to residents of Osaka Prefecture or people belonging to organizations in Osaka Prefecture. Selection details will not be disclosed.
If the training is canceled due to natural disasters or epidemics, cancellation costs must be borne by the participants or their organizations. The certification is not a national qualification.
