New Harassment Prevention Rules in Hyogo

Hyogo will enforce harassment prevention measures for companies starting October 2026.
Starting October 1, 2026, companies in Hyogo are required to implement measures against customer harassment and sexual harassment towards job seekers. This initiative aims to provide a safer work environment for everyone, including foreign workers in Japan. A free seminar on this issue will be held on September 16 at the Shin-Nagata Government Office. Registration is required by September 9. For more details, check the official Hyogo website.
