Recruitment of Vendors for the 68th Kyushu Folk Performing Arts Festival

Saga Prefecture will hold the 68th Kyushu Folk Performing Arts Festival on November 29, 2026, in Kashima City. From September 24, a third round of recruitment for food truck vendors has begun. Vendors can sell food and drinks at the event, which showcases traditional folk performing arts from Kyushu. This is the first time the event is held in Kashima in eight years in Saga Prefecture. Foreign residents in Japan who run food truck businesses in Kyushu are eligible to apply. Applicants must follow the application guidelines and submit the application form along with a copy of their business license. The application deadline is October 5 at 5 pm. If applications exceed available spots, vendors will be selected after review of safety and hygiene measures.
