Starting May 29, 2026, Okinawa Prefecture began operating a new disaster information portal named ‘Haisai! Bosai De~biru’. The portal provides important information such as weather warnings, evacuation instructions, and shelter locations. Note that since 2021, evacuation advisories have been abolished and replaced by the unified evacuation order system. Foreign residents in Okinawa can use this portal to easily access safety-related disaster information. During emergencies, please follow evacuation actions based on the five alert levels and always check the official website for up-to-date information.
