Free Basic Japanese Online Course Now Open for Applications

Foreign residents in Oita Prefecture can join a free online course to learn basic Japanese. The course runs from September 2026 to February 2027, requiring a computer or smartphone for participation. Classes are held once a week and are organized based on the participant's Japanese level. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, with a cap of 50 participants.
