Second Recruitment for Veterinary Staff in Yamaguchi Prefecture for 2026

Yamaguchi Prefecture announced a second recruitment for veterinary staff positions for the year 2026. Approximately six positions will be filled. Eligible applicants must hold a veterinary license or expect to obtain one by passing the 78th national veterinary exam. The age limit at hiring is up to 62 years. Those aged 30 or older with at least six years of veterinary work experience may be hired at a higher rank based on their experience. Applications are accepted from September 28 to October 22, 2026. The exam will be held on November 8 starting at 9:30 a.m. at the Yamaguchi Prefectural Office main building, 10th floor. The exam consists of a written essay and an oral test.
