Notice of Changes to Residence Card Regulations

The format of residence cards is changing; those aged 1 to under 16 will need to submit a photo.
The format of residence cards and special permanent resident certificates is changing. As a result, those aged 1 to under 16 will need a photo on their card. This change will be effective from June 14, 2024. Photo submission is necessary when applying for a new card. Please check official information for detailed procedures and conditions.
