Hokkaido ShakeOut Drill Announcement

Hokkaido will conduct a prefecture-wide disaster drill, the 'Hokkaido ShakeOut,' on September 1, 2026. This drill aims to encourage participants to practice the 'Drop, Cover, and Hold On' actions in case of an earthquake. The drill will begin at 10 AM, and participants should start the actions wherever they are. Registration is required to participate, but there is no fee.
