Starting September 1, 2026, Toyama's 'Kosodate Net Toyama' will share new recommended picture books via LINE for parents. The theme for September is 'Vehicles'. Foreign residents can easily access this information through the LINE official account. To register, search for ID '@toyama-oyakode'.
