Announcement for the 2026 Saga Prefecture Practical Nurse Examination

Saga Prefecture has announced the schedule and application period for the Practical Nurse Examination in 2026. Foreign residents in Japan who meet the eligibility requirements can apply. Please check official sources for complete details and instructions.

Saga Prefecture will hold the Practical Nurse Examination on February 16, 2027 (Tuesday). The exam will take place at Grande Hagakure in Saga City from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Applications are accepted from January 4 to January 8, 2027. If mailing your application, it must be postmarked by January 8.

Foreign residents in Japan who have the required qualifications are eligible to apply. Applicants must submit documents proving their eligibility.

Application forms can be requested or submitted at the Medical Human Resources Policy Office, Health and Welfare Department of Saga Prefecture. The exam fee is 6,900 yen, payable by Saga Prefecture revenue stamps. For those living outside Saga, postal money orders are also accepted.

Exam results will be announced on March 10, 2027, at 10:00 AM on Saga Prefecture’s official website.
