Fujinokuni Online Application Service

Shizuoka Prefecture has launched the 'Fujinokuni Online Application Service', allowing certain applications and procedures to be done online using a computer or smartphone. Foreign residents in Japan can also use this service for handling some of their daily life procedures. Please note that IDs and passwords from the previous system cannot be used; a new user registration is required. More details can be found on the official page.
