Changes to the Consumption Tax Law

In April of Reiwa 8 (2023), part of the Consumption Tax Law was revised. This revision impacts tax procedures and exemption requirements.
From April 2023, revisions to the Consumption Tax Law will take effect. Key changes include alterations to the transitional measures for the invoice system and taxation for cross-border e-commerce.
