The criteria for 'Business/Management' resident status have been revised, including changes in the requirements for full-time employee employment, Japanese language ability, and capital amount.
For foreigners managing a business in Japan, the 'Business/Management' residence status standards have been updated. The new criteria include the employment of at least one full-time employee and sufficient Japanese language abilities. For capital, companies are required to have at least 30 million yen.
