Restaurants with food hygiene permits in Gifu joined the contest in two categories: One-coin (under 500 yen) and Premium (under 1,000 yen). Applications were accepted from June 3 to June 30, 2026. The final results were revealed on September 13. Judges included experts and online visitors who rated the meals.
