Okayama Prefecture Announces Autumn Bid Qualification Application for Goods and Services

Okayama Prefecture has announced that the autumn application period for bid qualification related to goods and services contracts will be conducted online. Since spring 2025, the application method changed from postal to using the Okayama Prefecture Goods and Services Bid Participation Qualification System online. This autumn period accepts new and additional business category applications; renewal applications are generally accepted only in summer. The application period is from October 20 to November 26, 2026, with a correction deadline on November 30 if there are issues with submitted documents. The qualification validity runs from January 1, 2027, to October 31, 2029. This process applies to businesses, including those operated or represented by foreign residents in Japan, seeking to participate in Okayama Prefecture's bidding. Preparations such as registering an App authentication email address are required prior to application. Applicants should refer to the official website for application guidelines, required documents, and procedures. After approval, a qualification notice will be mailed, and successful applicants will be listed in the bid qualification registry. Updates or renewals also follow official instructions.
